Marking on each fork: “+30″, “+27″, “+20″, “+14″, “+8″, “S435 V.D.”, “+3″, “+2″, “+1″, “+0.5″, “S 435 V.D.”, “+5″.

Dimensions (cm):

Box: Height = 3, Length = 33.5, Width = 16.5

Function:

Unknown: possibly to test hearing discrimination.

Condition:

Good to Fair: The box is worn and has lost its lid, and the fabric shows some disintegration. The forks are slightly rusted.
